WHAT YOU DO

• Responsible for preparing product listing, pricing update, inventory updates and other related tasks on major e-Commerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Co-ordinate with internal departments and third parties to maintain daily operations of the e-commerce platforms.
• Conduct market research on latest e-Commerce trends, competitors, and pricing.
• Assist in set up promotional campaigns of the e-commerce platforms.
• Assist in online customer services (i.e prepare documents for exchange, arrange refund).
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as required.

WHO YOU ARE

• Tertiary education or above
• Knowledge in Shopify is highly preferred
• Experienced in HKTV Mall, Zalora or other online sales platforms is an advantage
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel
• Self-motivated, detailed-minded, independent, and well-organized
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external parties
• Immediate available is highly preferred
